Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days after purchase. If it is more than 30 days after purchase, we will not be able to provide you with a full refund or exchange service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Item must be in original packaging.

There are several situations where we can only provide partial refunds:

• Books with obvious signs of use
• Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours.
• Return items to us more than 30 days after delivery

Refund

Once we have received your returned item and inspected it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the refund approval or denial decision.

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or lost refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially issued.

Then contact your bank. Refund issuances usually have some processing time.

Special offer

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, special-priced items cannot be refunded.

Exchange

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@aedu.hk and have your item shipped to : Room D1, 4th Floor, Block C and D, Ka Ming Factory Building, 688-690 Castle Peak Road, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon.

Return shipping

To return your product, you should mail the product to: Room D1, 4/F, Block C and D, Ka Ming Factory Building, 688-690 Castle Peak Road, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange item to reach you may vary.

If the item you are returning is of higher value, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned merchandise.
