Customers must ensure that all parcels are properly packed and marked with the correct recipient address and contact details. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any package that is not properly packaged or marked.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We will do our best to ship and deliver according to the timetable provided, but we are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Tracking

We will provide package tracking services so that you can check the shipment progress of your package.

5. Damage or loss

We will be responsible for package damage or loss caused by our error or negligence during shipping. However, we are not responsible for damage or loss caused by a package not being properly packaged or marked, or because a package contains prohibited items.

6. Fees and Payments

All logistics service fees must be paid in advance when collecting the package or on the website provided by us.

7. Modification and Cancellation

If you need to modify or cancel your logistics needs, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled collection date. Otherwise, we may not be able to fulfill your request and you may be required to pay associated fees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including, without limitation, lost profits).
